1. Who we are

Hypercharged is an online course provided by Immersive Design L.P., Zeppou 33, Athens 16675, Greece, VAT number EL803273673 (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at help@hypercharged.io.

2. Scope

These terms apply to your use of this website and to your purchase and use of the Hypercharged course, including its video lessons, downloadable materials, prompt library, templates and community (together, the “Course”). By buying or using the Course you agree to these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

3. Purchases and payment

Orders are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe, through its Link service, acts as the merchant of record for all purchases and handles payment, receipts, invoicing, VAT and sales tax. Purchases are shown as “Sold through Link”, and the payment terms displayed at checkout also apply to your order. Prices may be shown in your local currency, converted by Stripe at checkout.

Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Access

The Course is sold for a one-time payment and includes lifetime access to the Course, its future updates and the community. There is no subscription and nothing renews. We may offer different prices or plans in the future; that never changes what you’ve already bought. Access starts immediately after payment, or on the launch date for pre-orders.

“Lifetime” means for as long as we offer the Course. If we ever stop offering it, we’ll tell you at least 60 days in advance and give you a way to download the lessons and materials. Material you download, such as prompts and templates, remains yours to use.

We regularly update the Course as AI tools evolve. We may add, change or remove lessons, as long as the Course as a whole stays materially as described when you bought it.

5. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Course for your own learning and professional work. You may use what you learn, and the prompts and templates, in your own and your clients’ projects.

You may not:

• share your login or give anyone else access to your account;
• copy, resell, republish or redistribute the videos or Course materials;
• use the Course materials to create a competing course or product.

Team purchases cover the number of seats bought. Each seat is for one named person.

6. Community

The community is a place to learn together. Be respectful and constructive, do not post spam, illegal content or other people’s confidential information, and do not share Course materials outside the community. We may remove content or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund where the breach is serious.

7. Intellectual property

All Course content, including videos, text, graphics, prompts, templates and the Hypercharged brand, is owned by or licensed to Immersive Design L.P. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your own work, including your final project, remains yours.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The Course is educational. We do our best to keep it accurate and current, but AI tools change quickly and we cannot guarantee specific results. Third-party AI tools mentioned in the Course are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit or data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you bought the Course applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer living in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings there.
